This module introduces students to environmental issues and gives them a better grasp of the intricacies and impacts that the built world has on the natural environment. The goal of the module is to impart environmental literacy as well as a grasp of legislation pertaining to sustainable design and practices. It is also to develop awareness towards the environmental issues and to explore different kinds of existing sustainable solutions for our built environment.
