Building Construction & Materials

This module gives an introduction on various types of building materials commonly being used in building construction together with its properties and applications. It helps us to develop an understanding on building elements and knowledge on basic construction process. This is a 4-credit hour module conducted over a period of 14 weeks. The modes of delivery will be in the form of lectures, discussion/tutorials, and self-directed study.
